Before starting this form, please be sure you have at the ready the following items needed for upload during the application process: A digital file (.PDF, .rtf, .doc, etc.) of a brief history of the organ building firm making the application All names of proposed faculty or staff from the firm's staff A digital file (.PDF, .rtf, .doc, etc.) of a tentative schedule of activities for your POE Tech A digital file which is a scan of the “Statement of Approval” signed by the owner/president of the firm. POE Advanced 2016

The 2016 POE Advanced features instruments by a wide range of builders including Casavant, E.M. Skinner, Holtkamp, Juget-Sinclair, Noack, Schantz and Wilhelm. Visiting Faculty members Christian Lane, Kimberly Marshall, Bruce Newsick, Carole Terry, and Christopher Young will perform recitals, teach workshops and classes, and offer private lessons. Cincinnati-area organists including faculty from University of Cincinnati’s College-Conservatory of Music will also participate. Pipe Organ Encounter Summer 2015

The Pipe Organ Encounter (POE), an educational program of the American Guild of Organists, is an introduction to the pipe organ through instruction in organ playing, repertoire, history, design, and construction. These regional summer organ music institutes for teenage students (aged 13-18) provide private and group instruction in service playing and solo repertoire, opportunities to learn about the musical heritage of various religious denominations, and a chance for young musicians to meet others with similar interests.
